Cancelling or Changing Order
a-member.club dispatches your order as soon as it receives it. Due to the product being a digital item with instant download once order is placed no exchanges or cancellations are accepted.
Incorrect Orders
If you have received your order from a-member.club and it is incorrect please email us immediately with your order number so that we can arrange to have your correct files emailed to you. At a-member.club, we will replace any incorrect order with your chosen one within 1 working day upon receipt of the incorrect order/s you've received. We ask our customers to advise us as soon as possible if your order has been delivered late or is incorrect.​ At a-member.club we take pride in providing the highest quality product to our customers and are committed to ensuring that we deliver excellence in customer service. Refunds
Due to the nature of this product all sales are final and no refunds can be given. a-member.club is not liable for any printing errors so please double check your work for any issues before print.
