Cancelling or changing your order 

If you have changed your mind about the order you made and would like to cancel or change it, please email a-member.club@mail.com, quoting your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately it cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

​Incorrect orders

If you have received your order from a-member.club and it is incorrect please email us immediately with your order number so that we can arrange to have your correct product emailed to you. At a-member.club, we will replace any incorrect order with your chosen one within 1 working day upon receipt of the incorrect order/s you've received. Refunds

Due to the nature of this product all sales are final and no refunds can be given.
