Copyright policy
All our designs are original and items must not be resold under any circumstances. Licensing does not include creating your own products from these templates, no editing and reselling.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same day, anything after that will be processed the following business day.
Delivery to PO boxes and parcel lockers is available.
Tracking number will be provided on all orders.

Free standard insured delivery for orders above $170 otherwise uninsured is $17, insured is $27.

Please be advised that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.
Our delivery time guidelines are based on business days excluding Public Holidays.
If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated time please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.

Cancelling or changing your order
If you have changed your mind about the order you made and would like to cancel or change it, please email a-member.club@mail.com, quoting your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Incorrect orders
If you have received your order from a-member.club and it is incorrect please email us immediately with your order number so that we can arrange to have your correct product emailed to you. At a-member.club, we will replace any incorrect order with your chosen one within 1 working day upon receipt of the incorrect order/s you've received. We ask our customers to advise us as soon as possible if your order has been delivered late or is incorrect. At a-member.club we take pride in providing the highest quality product to our customers and are committed to ensuring that we deliver excellence in customer service. We want you to be happy with your purchase and welcome any feedback.
Refunds
Due to the nature of this product all sales are final and no refunds can be given.
